ABOUT ARTEOLOGIE
“arteologie” is a social venture whose mission is to creatively reuse reclaimed materials into arts and crafts that benefit the underserved global population by providing access to sanitation and water.
We pursue this mission through several primary strategies:
1. Our Local Community Program offers travelling workshops and classes in creative reuse.
2. Our Consulting Services offers services to local churches or other organizations that desire to increase awareness of water and sanitation issues among their congregations or community members.
3. Our Global Partnership Program channels the profits to develop infrastructure in water and sanitation through collaborations with community-based organizations. In the first year, our partner is Yayasan Harapan Sumba, in Sumba Island, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia.
4. Our Advocacy Program promotes awareness to sanitation and water issues through integrated global events such as World Water Day and World Toilet Day.
